    Abstract: 本文是以邊界元素法 ( Boundary Element Method)BEM及破裂力學( Fracture Mechanics )理論來探討四點彎矩工件中,裂縫存在鋸齒狀摩擦介面下,裂縫以及裂縫延伸處的應力、應變與形變。分析過程中,以裂縫與工件寬度關係 、鋸齒摩擦介面之摩擦係數 、鋸齒與平面之角度 為分析重點,進而求得裂縫與裂縫延伸處的應力、應變及形變。
    分析發現在 的條件下,為了符合Macro裂縫面摩擦係數條件 的角度範圍必須小於78.69 ,且發現與應力強度因子有最直接關係的
