    Abstract: 臺灣高鐵的營運模式已漸趨成熟,但根據相關調查顯示,乘客對高鐵公司的轉乘系統仍有所批評,因此本文將以新竹站為例,針對使用不同轉乘運具的乘客進行現場調查,並採用灰關聯分析法找出各項轉乘設施的改善排序。研究結果顯示,高鐵公司所提供的免費接駁公車尚不足以滿足乘客需求,且在市區端的轉乘資訊不足、車站大廳的轉乘指引有待加強等,都是新竹站強化轉乘服務的當務之急。本文所提出的評量架構及改善建議,頗值得高鐵公司參考。
