    Abstract: 隨著台灣高等教育的蓬勃發展，大學畢業已不代表是就業的保證。科技大學強調培養學生實務操作能力，因此學校紛紛建立與產業之合作關係，讓學生取得實務經驗、訓練學生能具備產業所需之實務智能，讓學生在畢業前即具備就業能力而成為符合當代社會所需之適用人才。本文之目的，旨在以管理學院學生的觀點，探討影響學生赴企業進行校外實習的考量因素及其權重順序為何？本文之研究結果可供教師、學生及企業三方在規劃學生校外實習課程時之參考。
