Abstract:	雖然台灣地區已立法禁止駕駛員在開車中使用手持式行動電話，但對於大客車駕駛員經常使用，且操作特性與手持式行動電話類似之無線電對講機卻未予以相關規範。本研究旨在利用大客車駕駛模擬器探討大客車駕駛使用無線電對講機對駕駛績效之影響程度，研究結果顯示：駕駛員在使用無線電對講機時將增加駕駛員之感知反應時間，而雖然駕駛員會降低行車速度以減少駕駛之工作負荷，但仍會降低車輛之橫向穩定度，因而對行車安全產生影響。由於大客車的高乘載量，一但發生車禍將產生較其他車輛嚴重之後果，故大客車駕駛員在行車中使用無線電對講機之現象值得有關 Although government bans drivers from using hand-hold cellular phones when driving, using wireless communication devices is not prohibited in Taiwan.
