    Abstract: 半導體通路商從小貿易商轉型而成為專業通路商，從本土到跨國，且不斷引進先進的技術及產品，提供多樣化的專業研發技術支援等加值服務，加上代理眾多品牌及產品種類，面對的已是全球性的競爭者，廠商經營績效的提升顯得更重要。本研究以西元2007年台灣17家上市上櫃半導體通路商為研究對象，運用資料包絡分析法評估各版導體通路商之經營績效並輔以平衡計分卡的概念，從企業的財務、顧客、內部流程及學習與創新來了解企業的經營效率。研究成果以評估各家半導體通路商之經營績效為目標，進一步了解國內各廠商之經營效率，並針對國內廠商於平衡計分
