    Abstract: 本研究以三因子模式与重要绩效缺口分析法探讨公立国民小学行政服务质量。本文之研究对象为台湾公立国民小学的正式教师。透过问卷调查,总计共取得271份有效问卷。本研究结果发现,学校行政服务质量中确实存在二维质量的特性;同时,在第一时间内能处理紧急偶发事件、会议能公正公开并依决议确实执行、以及有丰富的图书与教学资源(如教具、教学光盘)为国民小学优先改善关键行政服务质量要素前三项,因此学校行政单位在经费有限的成本考虑下,应优先改善关键行政服务质量要素,以提升行政服务质量与竞争力。
