    Abstract: 本文探討在考量遊客遊憩消費型態,人潮效果(或擁擠效果)與掃興成本之下,經營休閒遊憩之廠商如何決定其不同類型遊憩服務之價格,以追求利潤之極大。由於考量人潮效果與掃興成本,我們看到遊客對遊憩服務不滿意的掃興成本,在不同的人潮效果下對廠商的訂價會有不同的影響。因此,廠商若能得知遊客消費型態的屬性,並據此來決定遊憩服務的價格水準,透過差別取價就可提昇其利潤水準。我們的分析顯示廠商提供免費的遊憩服務是一種反行銷策略,這可以讓廠商抑制特定類型遊客的需求量從而增加另一類型遊客的需求,利用這種策略區隔遊客類型可以使廠商獲
