Abstract:	在創業機會理論研究的基礎上，對大學生創業現象進行深入思考，分析大學生創業外部環境以及大學生創業者個體能力。在這一分析框架下，結合大學生創業活動的實際情況，指出政府和社會應該優化創業環境，大學生要注重提高創業能力。
