    Abstract: 國家顧客滿意度指標是各國政府近年來繼ISO 9000與國家品質獎之後,另一個積極發展的系統,各國顧客滿意指標的相關模式已陸續藉由該國的學術與品質學會開發成功,許多研究報告亦相繼發表於眾多的學術期刊中。我國在此一部分的進度雖已遠遠落後其他先進國家,但台灣顧客滿意指標的建構已然研究完成並將次第展開。在可預見的不久的未來,國人將會陸續看到相關成果。本文就以國家顧客滿意指標為題,介紹。
