    Abstract: 此篇研究是以粉末冶金的技術製作摻雜PbI2或是Na的碲化鉛N型與P型樣品。製作的過程中對於粉末顆粒的大小、壓密的密度、燒結的影響進行分析,以進行各參數的最佳化定義。實驗中,對於平均溫度100℃到250℃的樣品進行Seebeck係數與電阻率的測量,測量結果經過計算後可以得到不同摻雜濃度樣品的功率因子。在功率轉換因子方面,N型樣品明顯的比P型樣品好,兩者的最佳功率轉換因子曲線分別落在元素摻雜濃度PbI2為0.05 at% 與Na在0.50 at% 的摻雜量。
