    Abstract: 鈦合金主要用於航太工業,另在車輛工業、生醫工
    程及化學工業上之應用,主要因其高疲勞強度及抗
    腐蝕性,因產品表面品質對材料疲勞強度影響甚
    鉅,故製造過程加工參數之選用極為重要,本研究
    主要探討鈦合金鑽石杯形砂輪加工後之疲勞強
    度,結果發現在選用之加工條件下,切削深度對疲
    勞強度影響較大,而砂輪轉速及工件進給速度對疲
    勞強度無明顯之影響,在低切削深度,材料疲勞強
    度可達拋光條件之水準。
