鈦合金主要應用於軍用戰機與民用飛機之發動機與機身結構,為國防工業重要材料之一,其製造產品要求良好表面粗糙度、尺寸精度及最小之表面損傷,本研究探討鈦合金鑽石杯型砂輪加工模式,其砂輪轉速、工件進給速度及切消深度與表面粗糙度之關西,實驗結果發現工件進給速度對表面粗糙度影響較大,加工表面型態之分析與粗糙度量測液相符,本實驗使用之加工條件,可達到一般工業產品對表面粗糙度之要求標準 Titanium alloys are generally used in both military and civil aircraft engines and airframes.
