    Abstract: 本研究利用溶膠-凝膠(Sol-Gel)浸鍍法以Al2O3、TiO2、SiO2 之鍍液濃度配比不同,製備三種
    鍍液組合之奈米薄膜,再藉由功能性測試觀察其薄膜之接觸角與光穿透率,且進行一系列環境測
    試,並探討其應用。實驗結果發現,接觸角因濃度配比降低而變大,表面能則反之,而雙層膜層
    並無單層薄膜之接觸角大,其接觸角度最高可達91°,但製備出其他的薄膜組合皆為親水性;而
    製備出之薄膜與未鍍膜之載玻片穿透率差異甚小。環境測試中之鉛筆硬度中,硬度值皆高達5H
    以上;百格試驗中,薄膜並無脫落的傾向,附著性極佳;恆溫恆
