    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在於探討鎂合金AZ31B-O薄板片,以進行單軸向拉伸實驗及超塑性氣壓成形實驗,高溫下單軸向拉伸試片將採用0°(平行軋延方向)與90°(垂直軋延方向)方向,在370℃與420℃兩種溫度下及應變速率(4×10-3 s-1、1×10-2 s-1、2×10-2 s-1及1×10-1 s-1)下進行拉伸試驗,了解商用鎂合金滾軋方向之機械性質、拉伸速率和溫度之間的相互影響關係,再利用兩種拉伸溫度進行超塑性氣壓成形,氣壓成形以針對多軸向應變半球成形探討高溫成形性。實驗結果發現,鎂合金在隨著溫度的升高,延伸
