    Abstract: 本實驗以探討鎂合金AZ31B在多軸向應變狀態下之超塑性成形特性研究,在實驗中所使用AZ31B-O平均晶粒大小為5~6μm,和AZ31B-H薄板片平均晶粒大小為<10μm,其AZ31B-O和AZ31B-H厚度分別為0.6mm、0.5mm。以300℃和370℃不同溫度環境下,再分別以不同加壓程序產生不同成形應變速率,將板片吹入杯狀模穴中,以同條件下針對AZ31B-O材和H材半球成形狀態。利用試片變形狀態,探討AZ31B鎂合金在多軸應變狀態之變形過程中,試片半球成形性、厚度變化、球型弧狀變形量、極限延伸率及晶粒
