    Abstract: 本實驗以利用鎂合金AZ31B在高溫下,有多增加一滑移系統,所以有較佳的塑性變形能力,因此先採用三種不同溫度環境下,探討多軸向應變狀態下之氣壓成形特性研究。實驗中所使用為鎂合金AZ31B-H24細晶薄板片之板片厚度為0.5mm,平均晶粒大小約為6μm。等軸應變半球成形實驗溫度設定條件以300℃、370℃和420℃等三種不同溫度條件,成形時間為170秒內完成,無破裂情況。以實驗所設定之不同加壓成形程序產生不同成形應變速率,將薄板片吹入杯狀模穴中。利用試片變形狀態,探討AZ31B鎂合金在等軸應變狀態之變形過程中
