    Abstract: 本文結合雷射干涉儀、視覺系統以及二維精密移動平台,發展一工作範圍為 18 mm × 18 mm 的高精度視覺檢測平台系統。本文將視覺系統建置於三次元座標量床(簡稱CMM)之Z軸上,並於CMM床台上架設雷射、分光鏡與反射鏡組以及X-Y移動平台。經由移動平台可移動待測物件的兩特徵點(如角落)至相機可視範圍,再分別擷取含有此二特徵點的兩張影像。藉由雷射干涉儀量取平台移動之位移量,以及於同一影像平面下求取兩特徵點相對距離,即可求得此兩特徵點之實際距離。結果顯示,本系統之量測值與 Olympus 之量測值頗為相近。
