Abstract:	本篇論文主要是針對應用在軟體定義無線電裝置(Software-Defined Radio-SDR)的寬頻主動電感壓控振盪器(Wideband Active Inductor Voltage Controlled Oscillator)所作的研究，利用主動電感的架構來節省掉被動電感所占據的龐大面積，其原理為Gyrator架構使主動MOS可以等效為電感及電容的特性來構成振盪器所需的共振電路。電壓控制的頻寬從0.43GHz到1.62GHz，Phase noise在偏移1 MHz時小於-103dBc/Hz。利用台 This thesis mainly studies Wideband Active Inductor Voltage Controlled Oscillator for Software-Defined Radio(SDR).
