Abstract:	吾人知《莊子》生命的最高理境即獨與天地精神往來，天地與我並生，萬物與我為一。然而，正如牟宗三先生所云：人生大弊在有為、造作、干擾、有執。由於人之形軀官能有欲望之競求、情緒紛擾之困限，遂生有限的形欲習氣；同時心識知見所造成的自我執迷、有為造作，致使人的內在價值失落、理想冺滅，人的內在價值失落，生命找不到根底，便與物相刃相靡，芒然不知所以；因此《莊子》要求以虛靜心去蔽、去障，並培養心齋、坐忘、以明之實踐工夫，以暢通物我証成圓境。如是，建構一『與天合德』之存在價值便為其重要工作。然，此內在之價值感究
