Abstract:	「學而優則仕」是中國文人一生追求的生命價值，因此遷謫對文人而言，是一種理想的破滅，是生命的大逆境，讓他們承受著最沉重的憂患和最深刻的生命體驗。蘇軾才氣縱橫，「經世濟民」是他一生不變的抱負。然而生逢北宋激烈的黨爭，加上不合時宜的個性，讓蘇軾一生經歷南北十多州的仕宦流離生活。在生命困境之中，蘇軾卻堅持儒家傳統的教養，維護自我品格，並從佛禪之道中，尋找出一條安頓生命之道。本文藉由蘇軾詩文論述其抗衡濁世的品格，以及在遷謫的過程中，如何轉化生命的情境，尋求安頓的智慧之路。 Su Shi, Exile, Literature of Song Dynasty, Zen Buddhism, Party competition
