    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討苗栗縣國小主任專業發展之困境,以問卷調查134位主任,回收率89%,以t檢定及變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)考驗不同國小主任在個人背景變項、環境背景變項在專業發展困境上之差異情形。依據研究提出國小主任專業發展之相關建議,作為教育行政當局規劃國小主任專業發展方案,同時提供相關建議。
    1.培養具備批判反省能力與終身學習謙卑態度的主任
    2.邀請標竿校長或主任講座,楷模學習與時俱進
    3.鼓勵成立專業學習社群,建立成長網絡資源
    4.建構良好支持系統,增強專業發展助力
