    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討苗栗縣國中教師在購買台灣茶葉時所考量之因素與行為，採用問卷調查法進行探究，以自編之「苗栗縣國中教師購買台灣茶葉因素與行為調查之問卷」為工具，採隨機抽樣調查方式，共抽取任職於苗栗縣公立國中之330名現職專任教師為研究對象，進行施測及資料蒐集、整理、分析，並以描述統計、卡方分析等統計方法，進行資料分析。
    根據統計分析結果，本研究獲得以下結論為部分國中教師個人背景因素在購買茶葉的消費因素及購買茶葉行為上達顯著差異，與部分國中教師購買茶葉的消費因素在購買行為上達顯著差異。最後根據研究結果，針
