    Abstract: 店址與區位選擇的研究,一直都是企業與土地管理界所熱衷探討的課題,原因不僅是它包括土地使用的規劃,亦涉及到企業永續經營的概念。許多專家學者都指出「零售業成功有三要素:區位(Location)、區位、以及區位」。由此可知,店址區位的選擇對零售業的成功與否,具有極為重要的關鍵地位。然而國內探討汽車選擇區位選擇的研究並不多,亦不能有效提供汽車經理人較客觀、準確的衡量區位好壞的方法。本研究利用模糊德菲法,探討影響汽車營業據點區位選擇的重要因素為何,並藉由相似性整合法與模糊層級分析法,求算各要素之重要性程度。冀期藉由
