    Abstract: 劃線法切割玻璃是分離玻璃基板最穩定且廉價的一種方式。
    玻璃基板之機械強度全有賴於玻璃切邊的品質(缺陷的尺寸和密度)。
    經化學強化後玻璃表面產生很大的壓應力,這對切割強化玻璃造成極大困擾。
    本研究採以微小齒型刀輪切割經化學強化之Soda-line強化玻璃,
    探討切割參數及刀輪齒數對玻璃表面及內部中央裂紋之影響。
    切割壓力越大,可產生更大的彈性應立場,使得中央裂紋長度拓展的越長但降相及橫向裂紋長度
    亦隨之增長;切割速度越快,有力於降低切割實施加的壓力,中央裂紋長度雖然較短,
    但較有利於降低刀輪與玻璃接觸之表面
