Abstract:	在網際網路中傳統的Mobile IP 俱備著漫遊的功能，相對的也面臨著三角路徑的問題(Triangular Routing Problem)，使得原本要傳送到行動裝置的封包都必須先行傳送到Home Agent(HA)，再由Home Agent(HA)以Tunnel 方式轉送到行動裝置目前所在的Foreign Agent(FA)，如此長距離的封包傳送路徑將會造成傳送延遲，使得整體的效能大幅降低。在過去Routing Optimization 機制能夠針對三角路徑的問題來做改善，但並不是所有網路中的環境都 The traditional Mobile IP has a routing problem, called as the “triangle routing” problem.
