    Routing Problem),使得原本要傳送到行動裝置的封包都必須先行傳送到Home Agent(HA),再由Home
    Agent(HA)以Tunnel 方式轉送到行動裝置目前所在的Foreign Agent(FA),如此長距離的封包傳送路徑將會
    造成傳送延遲,使得整體的效能大幅降低。在過去Routing Optimization 機制能夠針對三角路徑的問題來
    做改善,但並不是所有網路中的環境都
