    Abstract: 時至今日，科技進步日新月異，已轉變為知識經濟創新的年代，無實體的智慧財產權逐漸受到重視，其中「專利」可以說是所有智財工具中最具有攻擊與防禦性的一種智財工具，其本身亦具有很強的排他性，只要有人侵害其技術，在專利的有效期間內即可用來重複主張該權利。
    本研究的目的，主要在研究台灣噴墨印 刷 產 業 (Inkjet Printing) 的 技 術 發 展 趨勢，檢索分析世界各國主要大廠的噴墨印刷技術相關專利布局，藉由專利量化數據分析，試圖找出台灣相關企業未來在該領域的發展機會與方向，期望有助於產業界的了解，進
