    Abstract: 移動技術掀起由史以來最強勁的專利戰爭，尤其是 2010 至 2012 年最為嚴峻，為了爭奪未來行動市場的商機，所有大廠告成一團，尤其是智慧型手機三大巨頭，Apple、Samsung 及 HTC 的專利攻防訴訟案，更是遍及全球，再加上專利流氓（NPEs）的攪局，衍然成為不折不扣的專利世界大戰，也因此全球科技產業已經變成不比成本、不比產能、比的是誰擁有最多強而有力專利子彈，利用這些子彈引發戰爭，排除競爭對手，取得市場上的領導權，提高全球市占排名，吸引更多消費者購買意願。因此，本研究將專利訴訟資料蒐集與分析，統
