Abstract:	近年來，證照的重要性日益增加，許多大專院校開始積極推廣專業證照課程。因為在推廣專業證照時需花費大量成本以及資源，所以瞭解並掌握影響學生取得證照成效的因素，便成為大學院校在推廣證照課程時的重要課題。本研究嘗試使用計劃行為理論來建構學生取得證照意圖的因果關係。本研究以台灣某大學修習企業資源規劃課程之學生為研究對象，並以問卷調查法探討影響學生參與ERP證照考試行為意向的因素，並透過結構方程模式的部分最小平方法（partial least squares, PLS）對資料進行分析。本研究結果發現，取得證照的態度會 In recent years, the importance of certification keep increasing, lead many universities start to promote certification courses.
