Abstract:	最近幾年，教育部鼓勵國小使用電子白板等資訊科技融入於教學，以提升教學成效。而擔任第一線教育工作的國小教師，則是推動此科技設備之最佳舵手。本研究為了瞭解國小教師電子白板使用意願之影響因素，並將分析結果提供給推動電子白板的相關教育單位參考，因此依據相關文獻，以電腦素養、主觀規範、認知有用性與認知易用性等四個構面來進行探討。本研究採用問卷調查法，並使用非隨機抽樣之立意抽樣，研究對象是從苗栗縣內抽取38所國小教師，發出401份問卷，回收386份，有效問卷354份，有效問卷率為91.71%，研究模式是採取SPSS In recent years, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan encourages elementary schools to bring electronic whiteboard or other information technology (IT) devices into school as teaching equipments, to promote their teaching effectiveness.
