Abstract:	本研究藉由認真性休閒(Serious Leisure)的角度來敘說探究一位拳者在武道上學習的歷程與體悟，進而獲致認真性休閒的得(助益)與失(缺憾)。方法：本研究是以敘說探究(Narrative Inquiry)中的「自我敘說」(Self-Narrative)方式作為主要研究方法，將相關資料進行歸納與整理，並以「整體(Holistic) -內容(Content)」作為主要的分析方法，建構出研究者獨特的生命敍說與結果分析，藉此分享19年來在武道上學習的經驗與太極拳者的認真性休閒歷程。本研究結果共有五個構面如下
