    Abstract: 本研究目的探討台灣TFT-LCD Driver 產業在進行合併時，合併策略的考量因素為哪些？企
    業透過合併的方式，是否在合併之後產生合併綜效。
    為達成此研究目的，本研究將以個案探討方式，採用市場綜效(Market Synergy)、營運綜效
    (Operational Synergy)及財務綜效(Financial Synergy)等三項分析指標，針對有併購案例的[C]公司，
    與沒有併購案例的[F]公司，以兩家公司前後作為之綜效變化進行研究與比較，並比較合併前二年
    及合併後二年之綜效變化情況做為分析比較。
