    Abstract: 本研究目的在大學部整合專題課程。同時,如何發展人際關係能力是另一個主要目的。探討團隊成員的各種特性與組成方式以及不同的互動模式。不同的互動模式使團隊成員如何有效率的溝通。本研究試圖分析因素分組其中一個團體的社會網絡分析。基於六度分離理論,社會網絡分析,不僅透過有效且為模範團體的團隊成員之間的關係說明了個人的作用,也可以看出自己個人的網絡聯繫特色與互動特徵。因此,團隊成員可以觀察他們發揮什麼作用,在團隊和溝通技巧如何加強與他們的合作夥伴關係與互動。
