    Abstract: 近年來,服務業佔國民所得的比例日益增加,旅遊業亦快速成長,競爭日趨激烈,如何以產品創新、組織文化、策略聯盟、遠見式領導來締造與獲取高組織績效,是旅遊業者在經營時所應重視之議題。是故,本研究以台灣旅行業者為研究對象,驗證產品創新與組織文化是否與旅行業策略聯盟具有正向關係,旅行業策略聯盟是否與組織績效具有正向關係,以及旅行業策略聯盟是否會受到遠見式領導的影響,產生不同的組織績效。
