    Abstract: 根據數位時代雜誌2013年3月2日公布最新的2012「台灣網站100強」之調查結果顯示,在百強榜單中社群網站所佔的比率達到3成,此結果為歷年最高,故專家認為社群服務已成為上網的重點。而創市際在2010年針對台灣網友進行虛擬社群調查顯示,網友參與虛擬社群的行為與動機之主要原因為「可與虛擬社群的同好,一同交流心得/意見/生活點滴」。虛擬社群是否能吸引網友瀏覽、使用,無疑會是虛擬社群成功的最關鍵因素。而越多網友願意在網路平台透過知識分享自己的使用經驗或專業技能,並協助網路平台上的其他網友解決困難,亦能顯示出此一
