    Abstract: 服務品質長久以來一直是服務業重視及關注的管理議題,而員工消費合作社亦屬於服務產業及非營利組織的一種,服務業的基本精神在於提供服務予顧客並滿足其需求,但因服務本資具有無形性、異質性、不可分割性和易消失性等四大特性,所以
    對經營管理者而言,服務品質的掌握具有關鍵成功要素,為使消費顧客達到滿意水準,實為經營管理
    上的重要課題。研究結果顯示:在不同的社經背景顧客中,對顧客滿意度呈現顯著差異;並且對於忠
    誠度的表現呈現顯著差異。
