    Title: 新型工業消音器精密結構設計與噪音品質改善

    Abstract: 本文以40HP魯式鼓風機為實驗本體,實際設計製作三種不同之消音器,經消音器內部結構的新型精密設計來改善消音器的消音性能。經實測與模擬分析可得知穿孔板與微穿孔板經幾何形狀改變設計其對低頻噪音具有良好消音特性。自行設計新型精密結構三腔體消音器由實驗結果得知可使40HP魯式鼓風機噪音由111dBA降至76.8dBA消音的效果顯著,由模擬分析與實際測量值比對亦可得到符合的結果。從頻譜圖中可印證高頻率噪音以吸音或隔音棉可得良好的吸音效果。由於共振結構對於降低頻率噪音有較佳的效果,未來將針對噪音的低頻率特性,以多種共
