    Abstract: 隨著行動通信市場競爭的白熱化,眾多服務業者逐漸體認與供應鏈夥伴合作之重要性,並期望藉由良好的合作關係為顧客創造價值。然而綜觀相關文獻,尚未有研究進一步探討行動通信服務業者與上下游廠商合作下所形成之服務鏈對於消費者忠誠度之影響。因此本研究之主要目的在於探討行動電信服務業者所推動之服務鏈對於顧客忠誠度之影響,藉此本研究結合決策分析實驗室法(DEMATEL)以及結構方程模式(structural equation modeling, SEM)建立服務鏈品質–顧客忠誠度之關係模式,並進而探討消費者所認知之關係品質
