    Abstract: 交通號誌控制是道路行駛績效的管理策略之一,而定時號誌為最常使用的控制策略,尤其在都市區域道路中更是常見。其中,在車流頻繁的幹道系統中,為有效提升車流運行績效,經常應用定時連鎖號誌的設計來進行管理。在進行模擬實驗分析時,可反映實際狀況的基礎車流資料是相當重要的一環。本研究透過偵測器流量資料,配合實際觀察,以台南市東門路資料為基礎,應用號誌軟體 (Synchro、TRANSYT-7F) 以及交通車流模擬軟體 (DynaTAIWAN) 進行實驗分析績效。實驗結果顯示,兩號誌軟體產生的時制計畫均能改善東門路之現況
