Abstract:	在連鎖企業全球化的趨勢中，對資訊系統的需求越來越強烈。雲端科技的資訊系統對連鎖店的經營扮演舉足輕重的影響，其導入的優先順序，關係著資訊系統更新的成敗。本研究運用層級分析法，分析一家連鎖店(簡稱 P公司)資訊系統導入的優先順序。這過程中我們組織P公司的管理階層，共同負責評估因素的選擇及評估尺度的設計，讓問卷的效果符合P店的需求且產生滿意的結果。分析結果，P公司的雲端資訊系統導入順序為 (1) 影響連鎖店作業的交易處理系統 (2) 第二是匯集統計的管理資訊系統 (3) 第三是輔助選擇方案的決策支援系統 (4 In the trend of the globalization of the chain-store business, information system becomes more and more important.
