Abstract:	本研究以我國公路汽車貨運產業業者為對象，針對其導入或建構車隊資源管理系統時所需之各項功能需求，進行廣泛的問卷調查與結果分析。問卷調查之內容設計係根據訪談數家標竿業者及參考相關系統之功能而定、包含業者基本資料、五大模組及其子功能需求、系統導入意願、現有系統績效與滿意度，以及其他建議等。本研究針對汽車貨運業、汽車路線貨運業、汽車貨櫃貨運業，以郵寄方式發放3,256份問卷，回收之有效問卷為76份，回收率2.33%。由問卷結果之分析可知，大部分業者在車隊管理方面仍以人工經驗為主，缺乏完整資訊化系統；各項子功能中， This study investigated and analyzed function requirements of a fleet resource management system for the trucking carrier industry in Taiwan.
