    蛋白質為執行生物體生理現象與催化機能最主要的大分子。藉由蛋白質交互作用的調控,細胞訊息在傳遞路徑中進出而產生不同的反應。細胞訊息傳遞路徑中,必須即時切換蛋白質活性,其中以對參與反應的蛋白質作磷酸化或磷酸水解是常見且關鍵的調節作用。
