    Abstract: 成效式合約(Performance-Based Contract, PBC)是一種不同於傳統合約模式的專案執行方式，其以專案完成工作之成果(Outcome)或績效(Performance)做為專案驗收與考核之依據，而非工作執行的過程。PBC在國外許多國家之道路養護工程已推行近二十年，並獲得世界銀行(World Bank)做為在世界各地推行不同專案之主要方法之一。本文介紹PBC之基本概念，並分析國外推行PBC之架構與作法，最後提出國內推動PBC之執行策略，以提供國內導入PBC做為專案執行方式時參考。
