    Abstract: 在醫院中，護理人員的換班問題為逐漸被重視的問題，我們期望能夠透過實際的操作換班過程，以解決護理人員換班問題。在過去文獻中指出，護理人員的換班問題目前尚未發展出較佳的演算法解決這個問題。本論文中將設計一套圖形演算法求解護理換班問題。先建立換班圖形，再透過回溯法找到迴圈，通過限制式檢查後即為可換班解，將可提供護理人員多種換班的方式，以達到護理人員之換班期望。
