    Abstract: 台灣位於西太平洋地震帶,2011年日本311日本福島核電廠災損地震不只衝擊日本,所有附近國家也須面臨輻射的威脅。該事件迫使西方先進國家努力尋求綠色能源。太陽能發電及風力發電最受普遍使用。2011年4月德國率先通過廢核條款,從屋頂架設太陽能板帶動綠熱建築奇蹟,也為節能減碳樹立新里程碑。2010年6月12通過再生能源條例,台灣正式進入綠能時代。本研究探討綠熱建築之發展,並分析台灣政府大力推展之風力能源以了解綠能產業發展之可行性。
