Abstract:	根據以往研究資料顯示，愈來愈多的Web化問卷方式被應用在臨床研究上。本研究是以「膀胱症狀及嚴重度量表（UDI-6）」、「尿失禁影響問卷（IIQ-7）」[17]及「性功能調查問卷（PISQ-12）」[14]三種問卷為基礎，請就診者同時完成Web化問卷和紙筆問卷，再以t檢定和組內相關性(ICC)比較Web化問卷和紙筆問卷的結果。在81個參與者的問卷結果中，量表分數在Web化問卷和紙筆問卷上沒有顯著差異。 81位參與者對問卷方式在調查過程中無表示特別偏好，且統計結果顯示兩者無顯著差異，因此依據研究結果，本研究建 Based on previous research data, more and more web-based questionnaires are applied in clinical research.
