Abstract:	大客車駕駛為公路運輸系統中重要的一環，隨著近年來節能減碳的倡導，屬於大眾運輸系統的大客車營運駕駛乃日益受到重視。另外，大客車多屬於長距離或長時間使用之職業用車輛，對於能源的消耗亦相當可觀，故發展及鼓勵使用大眾運輸系統的同時，也必須針對大客車之能源使用加以積極改善。至於大客車之安全駕駛行為，一直以來都是政府主管機關與客運業者所重視之課題。因此，本研究乃針對職業大客車駕駛者進行深度訪談，並探討分析駕駛安全與節能之課題。訪談結果顯示，客運業者都會對駕駛者實施安全與節能駕駛訓練，並提供相關的激勵獎金與處罰標準，本 Bus driving is one important element in the highway transportation system.
