Abstract:	隨著科技不斷進步，各項能源存量急劇下降，除了物價隨之波動外，也造成環境沉重負擔，進而衍生了氣候變遷、生態浩劫等問題；故如何善用天然資源、開發其他能源，成為全球當務之急。目前台灣太陽能廠發展的最大挑戰，為再生能源因其經濟效益不足而難以與傳統能源相互競爭，大多必須仰賴政府的財政支援。近年來，全球環保意識高漲與能源短缺，已喚醒人類思考新的替代能源，而太陽能便成為能源產業中的新興產業。台灣在過去十幾年的努力下，已成功的發展半導體與TFT-LCD產業，而太陽能產業的製程與此兩大產業技術原理相似，且相較於其製程更為單 As technology advances, various energy resources decline sharply.
