    Abstract: 營建業作業場所具有高度開放與高危險之特性,隨著國內建築工程趨向大型化與高層化之發展,營建勞工發生墜落職業災害之風險亦逐漸增加。此外,建築工程電梯直井內材料運送作業為我國特有與常見之材料運送方式,每年相關災害皆層出不窮。有鑑於此,為能夠從實際災害探討該作業之根本問題並提出具體之墜落災害預防裝置設計,本研究以災例個案與現地訪視進行致災原因的探討,再以根原因分析、功能模型分析、TRIZ等方式,提出一可行之電梯直井內材料運送防墜裝置雛形設計。最後透過專家訪談與驗證方式,針對安全性、操作性以及成本效益等面向進行創新
