    Abstract: 國際物流服務業因企業朝全球化經營發
    展而更趨蓬勃發展,國際物流服務業營業內容
    需同時處理多國的資訊流、金流、物流以完成
    運送服務,較諸傳統經營內陸運送的物流業複
    雜;但企業經營的特性倍受運送費率高低的影
    響,且因市場競爭激烈,常面臨須以削價競爭
    方式爭取顧客。由於削價競爭並非企業長久經
    營之計,若想永續經營,因應之道必須以非價
    格的競爭方式來解決。過去研究指出,企業的
    顧客忠誠度與企業的獲利呈正向的關係,因
    此,若能維持並提升顧客忠誠度,對企業獲利
    必有所幫助。本研究之目的主要為界定影響國
    際物流業顧客忠
