Abstract:	由於創意經濟的興起，近年來各行各業開始重視「技術創新」對於企業市場競爭力的重要性。在眾多的技術資料庫中，專利資料所揭露之技術資訊為各技術資料中最前端且最具商業價值的技術資訊。其價值不僅可用以掌握產業的發展動向，更可作為技術研發的基礎。然而研發人員在進行專利技術分析時，因為訓練背景與經驗之不同，對於分析結果容易產生差異，使得專利資訊解讀的可靠性受到質疑，而不利於專利資訊之加值利用。因此，如何使技術分析結果穩定與一致化，實為技術研發管理之重要課題。為解決上述問題，本文提出以文字探勘技術應用於建立專利文件功能模 More and more organizations have recognized the importance of technology innovation to their product competitiveness in the market.
